Bulk Meat Prices

Pricing for quarters and halves

Here at C/J Natural Meats we offer our beef, pork and lamb by the bulk as described below.

 

Beef

Front Quarter - $3.90/lb

Half or Whole - $4.00/lb

Hind Quarter - $4.10/lb

There is also a $0.59/lb processing fee that is due to the butcher. These prices are based on the hanging weight of the animal. An average hanging weight on a half is going to be about 250 lbs, just as an estimate. The link below is a Word file of the order form.

Pork

Half or Whole - $3.00/lb

There is also a $0.59/lb processing fee that is due to the butcher. These prices are based on the hanging weight of the animal. An average hanging weight on a half of hog is going to be about 75-85 lbs, just as an estimate. The link below is a Word file of the order form.

Lamb

Whole - $6.00/lb

There is also a $0.59/lb processing fee that is due to the butcher. These prices are based on the hanging weight of the animal. An average hanging weight on a lamb is going to be about 40-50 lbs, just as an estimate. The link below is a pdf file of the lamb order form that you may download and fill out and send to us.
